Resolutions, every year, nearly half of all Americans make them. We are now a couple of weeks into 2014, how are you doing on yours? Are you still hanging in there? Have you given up already?

According to some statistics, number 1 among the the resolutions American’s make is to lose weight. “Being healthy” and “staying fit” are usually in the top 10 list of resolutions as well.
Unfortunately, the same surveys show that more than a third of people don’t keep their New Year Resolutions past January and half fail by July.
The lesson in the numbers is that if you can make it past January then your chances of keeping your resolutions just went up! Focus on making it to July and your resolutions have likely become good habits!
